2002

SMALL BUSINESS

THE BEGINNING

We started as a small family business in 2002 and our fleet has grown to become one of the largest yacht clubs on the island.

The On The Hard Yacht Club traces its founding to January 14, 2002.

FIRST YEAR

SUMMER 2002

Podcasting operational change management inside of immersion along the information workflows to establish a framework.

Leverage agile frameworks to provide a robust synopsis for high level overviews. Iterative approaches to corporate strategy foster collaborative thinking to further the overall value proposition. Organically grow the holistic world view of disruptive innovation.

OVER THE YEARS

The range and size of our fleet has grown all the way up until today- you can find here 20 years long experience and many different types of vessels. From adventurous monohulls to comfortable motor yachts.

The mission of the Key Biscayne Yacht Club is to advance the sport of sailing, educate members and guests in marine science and related disciplines, provide leadership to local yacht clubs, and promote national and international goodwill through the gift of boating.

COMMUNITY

Today, we are over one-thousand Members strong and steeped in tradition. Some traditions that were enjoyed by our founders and are still celebrated today are Waterfront Dock Parties and Fishing Tournaments.

Early newspaper interviews with founding Members report that they were determined to create and maintain a friendly, cooperative, and constructive attitude among Members, and that holds to this day.
